Describe your farming, processing and/or crafting practices. (if applicable) | We buy natural raised calves and graze/feed them to approximately 900 lbs. The beef is processed by a USDA inspected locker. We use only the loin and round trim of the beef for our beef sticks to insure a lean product. The rest of the beef is ground and made into our summer sausage, franks, brats, and hamburger products. |
