Natural Grass fed lamb.Half, and whole lambs to order. |
This is our third year of grass reared-fed production. Lambs are born on the grass in the grass season (May-July)and are raised completely on grass with no antibiotics or hormones. Carcasses are meaty, and yield extremely well. The lamb meat is flavorful, and delicious.

Meat derived from grass fed animals is higher in Omega 3, and CLA. We offer 1/2, and whole lamb to order. The $0.01 is to alert IFC you are interested in ordering lamb directly from us. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
We have recently purchased Ile de France breeding sheep for their ability to convert grass effeciently, and to enhance primal carcass cuts. Our ewes have never been feed grain, and are rotationally grazed on grass mixture pastures. All production is done antibiotic free.
Naturally grass fed Ile de France cross lambs. They are processed at the Mingo locker which is a State Inspected facility.
