Asparagus, Heirloom tomatoes, Potatoes, Fingerling Potatoes, Specialty Potatoes, Melons, Lettuce, pumpkins|
Our families have been farming in Story and Marshall counties since the 1880s. We are brother and sister, farming ground where we played as children, our father grew up and our Grandparents bought in 1939. It is our desire that we maintain this ground in our families for many generations to come. Greg has been raising produce for restaurants and grocery stores since 1998, with Kathy joining in 2012. Due to the superior taste, we choose to plant heirloom varieties when they are available. In 2012 we grew a wide variety of fruits and vegetables from asparagus and heirloom tomatoes to bell peppers and hot peppers to watermelons and cantaloupe to a wide variety of potatoes.

Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
We use crop rotation and mulch to eliminate the pest burden as much a possible. To reduce weed and pest pressure and extend our growing season, we plant through plastic mulch. The plastic mulch and drip irrigation give us an extremely efficient way to apply water and when needed nutrients.
Our produce may vary from season to season but we will always strive to provide quality fresh produce. Recognizing the superior taste, we will plant heirloom varieties when we can find them.
