• Free of the antibiotics and artificial hormones that are conventionally fed or injected to promote animal growth. Our cattle receive mercury-free vaccinations.
• Grass-raised and sileage/grain-finished to provide the perfect balance of marbling, tenderness and mouth-watering taste. Absolutely no animal proteins or animal by-products are included in this natural diet.
• Processed at a regional, family-owned facility and dry-aged 21 days for tenderness and flavor. Contains no artificial flavoring, coloring ingredients or chemical preservatives. USDA inspected.
