Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) All of our flour is Minnesota & Iowa grown and non-GMO/organic. All of our delicious pastas are made in Cedar Rapids, IA in a state health-inspected facility. Additional Information Our pastas are so unique because, although they are dry and shelf-stable, they retain many of the same qualities of fresh pasta such as the more tender texture and the quick-cooking time.
