Jams and jellies: sugar and pectin(comerical outlet), any berries or juices are picked by us and used or frozen these are harvested within our county. ( When we run out of any certain berry, like in the winter, we have to comercially purchase it. |

We have enough deer around they like to harvest the swt corn and green beans on the fences. |

Much of the seed we plant is heirloom varieties. |
