We have ground Capon and Capon patties. There are no other ingredients added. Just pure healthy chicken. |

All of our capons are free range , antibiotic free, vegatarian fed, and processed in a USDA facility. The ground is then ground in a state inspected facility. Our poultry is kept at the ultimate comfort level. These truely are happy chickens. |

Our birds are raised inside for the comfort of the animals. They do have access to the outdoors which is opened up every morning. The birds have acess to 5 acres of pasture if they so wish. |

We feed al vegetarian diet of pure grains and minerals. We also add vitamins in the water supply. |

Our feed is mixed at the local elevator. They mix a ration to my specs. The corn and many of the other ingredients are locally grown but am not positive on where all the micro nutrients come from. |
