We have a large expanding garden of fruits and vegetables where we are using conventional techniques with IPM as our spray guide to limit and save sprays. We are also growing tomatoes and raspberries without the use of chemicals in our two 30 x 72 hoophouses. |

We are using as many of our own grown items or locally grown items for our value-added products as we can. However, we are moving towards growing many more items in the coming year. Stay tuned for the future of our line of preserves and salad dressings. |
