***Special home delivery time frame to accommodate extra orders is from noon-9P on distribution day and some orders may be delivered on Friday (if this is the case, our delivery driver will contact you and verify. Home delivery is $5/per order plus $1.00 per mile. The co-op fee is charged on the mileage but not on the base fee. Mileage is calculated to the nearest 1/10th of a mile one-way from 4944 Franklin to your delivery address. EBT members receive free delivery in the Des Moines area. NOTE: We will enter the one-way mileage from the Franklin location after the cart closes. DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN NOON-9:00 PM on distribution Thursdays. Payment options include PayPal or a check at delivery. Use the "Notes to Producers" section (viewable in your shopping cart) to provide additional information such as: a telephone number to call prior to delivery; instructions on which door to use; or an alert to let the driver know you won't be home and he/she should leave your order. If you won't be home, please provide 1) coolers for refrigerated and frozen products 2) a dry location or bin for your non perishable goods and 3) a check made out to IFC for the total of your order (if you're not paying online). You will be billed for the exact weight (between 1 and 25 miles - Producer will need to enter weight.) |
