Wanna start composting? Are you tired of tossing your food scraps in the trash or clogging up your garbage disposal with coffee grounds (not that I’m speaking from experience)? We have a solution for you. Turn your food scraps into compost gold while diverting from our landfills! Items accepted: Meat, Dairy, Baked goods, Produce, Paper products, and any certified compostable products/packaging. First time users: You will receive two 13-gallon compostable liners and laminated instructions and tips on how to have the best composting experience. At home you will need a 5-gallon bucket/bin with a lid (the lid is very important). Once your compostable liner is full, bring your compost (we recommend that you bring the bucket for transport) to IFC any Tuesday or Thursday between 4:00pm-7:30pm and dump it. In future, add the 'Compost Refill' product to your cart to receive two additional liners and space in our compost bins. |
