The co-op follows a bi-weekly online shopping cycle; this means the cart is open for one week at a time, every two weeks. You can shop online from Sunday at noon until the following Sunday at 11:59 PM. When the cart closes, the items in your cart will be ordered.

Delivery Days are on Thursdays for home delivery satellite sites and Fridays and Saturdays at our Franklin location in Des Moines. Our main location is at 4944 Franklin Avenue in Des Moines. We have store hours every Monday and Friday from 1 – 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM – 1 PM. Likewise, we have extended store hours during distribution week on Friday 12 – 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 2 PM. During store hours, non-members are welcome to shop our onsite retail area and check out the co-op.
